REO MANAGEMENT
Beginning immediately after the foreclosure sale and through the sale of the REO property, we provide an array of services to reduce your time, effort and costs. Services provided include hazard insurance placement, verification of occupancy, and coordination of eviction process with attorney or offering of “cash for keys”, Broker’s Price Opinion/Comparative Market Analysis and referral to a listing agent.

LOAN SERVICING
In the event you have performing or non-performing loans that are burdensome to service, we will coordinate your portfolio set-up with a loan servicing company.
